  • Our Parents

“I cannot speak highly enough about the Head of Year 7 at Moorside, Mr Williams. He has made every effort to make sure my daughter has settled into secondary school and has continued to check in with her throughout the school year. The transition from primary school has been smooth thanks to the staff and my daughter feels safe and happy at Moorside.”

"All of our children have been of differing academic abilities, and have all received the appropriate support necessary for them to achieve their goals on leaving school. They have formed good friendships with their peers and staff members alike, and their well-being has been nurtured in a supportive atmosphere created by enthusiastic staff members. It is within this environment that they have been encouraged, both in their academic studies but also with their sporting events, to always achieve their best.”

“We have always been delighted with the feedback and responsiveness of the teaching staff at Moorside High School. The communications, letters, videos, etc. have helped us to be involved in our child's learning and understand the importance of the school's values.”
