Admissions
Moorside High School is registered under Salford Council’s local authority and our admission policy is administered by them. Parents wishing to register their child for admission in September should visit the Salford City Council website and register their interest ahead of the deadline.
Our current student admission number for the Year 7 cohort in 2023 is 210.

The application process for secondary school applications for September 2024 has now closed.
If you still need to apply for a year 7 place for your child for September 2024, it will now be classed as a late application and will only be processed after all the on-time applications have been allocated, so you may not receive a decision until after 1 March 2024.
